Cooperation Process

We endeavor to make everything straightforward as possible, and work closely with you to offer satisfactory service.

1. Production
After receiving your requirements, we will calculate quotation for you. If an agreement is achieved, we will offer samples and testing service. When you are satisfied with the samples, the production will be conducted in accordance with your order. As for sample fee and freight, when we promise to offer samples, we normally charge the samples. However, when you are willing to pay the freight, samples are provided for free.

2. Delivery
Generally, the delivery cycle is range from 20 to 45 days. Our Diamond Tools are minutely scrutinized before final delivery to the customer. If damage occurs to package or products, we will immediately negotiate with customer for solution.
3. After-sales

After receiving our Diamond tools, if you find quality problems happened under the circumstance of normal use. You have to supply effective pictures of the situations, on the basis of which we offer timely troubleshooting such as spare parts supply, so as to minimize your loss.
Additionally, we also can produce non-standard products for your special application requirements. For example, we can cut, drill or grind the special materials offered from you. Meanwhile, our engineers can assist you to design new products and manufacture logos you want.
